FionAroma store polices, terms and conditions
At FionAroma, I want to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience: one that will keep you coming back to my store time and time again. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all my policies, as well as my full Ts&Cs. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact me today!
My Customer service guarantee.
Over the last 20 years within the beauty industry, I am pleased to say I have built up a reputation for giving excellent, helpful and friendly customer service. This is a huge value of mine, and something I will always strive to maintain.
My ethical ethos.
I consider myself an ethical business; my packaging is recyclable where possible, and I stock many Fairtrade ingredients.
I have never tested (and will never) test on animals, and I make sure all our suppliers are cruelty-free too.
Most of my products are vegetable or plant-based.
Although beeswax can be found in some of my products - making them non-vegan - it should be noted that using beeswax doesn't mean it is cruel to animals. Beeswax is simply a by-product the bees produce in the hive, and neither the bees nor the hive are harmed in any way during the process.
Patch testing.
I always advise you to do a patch test 24 hours before using my products. This is purely to make sure that all the ingredients agree with your skin.
Apply a small amount on your forearm and if any redness or burning occurs, please do not use the product.
